Aigbogun Invites More Players To Join Flying Eagles Squad


New head coach of the Flying Eagles, Paul Aigbogun has invited three players from the 2018 silver-winning African Nations Championships squad to his 28-man provisional squad list ahead of the 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations qualifying series, reports.

They players are Ikouwem Udoh, Peter Eneji and Nura Muhammed. The 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations will be staged in Niger Republic.

Aigbogun also called up Nasarawa United’s Douglas Achiv, Akwa United’s Adesina Gata, MFM FC’s goalkeeper Ospino Egbe and Kano Pillars duo of Nazifi Yahaya and Alhassan Ibrahim according to a statement from the media department of the Nigeria Football Federation.

All invited players are to arrive at the Serob Legacy Hotel, Wuye, Abuja between Sunday, 25th February and Monday, 26th February, with their international passports, birth certificates and training kits.
